Definitely start Rice. Parker is going up against Tennessee and will have to give up carries to Rashad Mendenhal. Rice may give up some carries, but he is the main back in Baltimore and he is facing the Chiefs. The Ravens will run the ball when they get a comfortable lead on Kansas City.
