When will laws tighten on the spreading of aids and other disease?

As long as people buy into guilt ridden PC policies rather than pursuing policies that make sense and will protect the general populace, there will be no significant slowing of these diseases. We eradicated other diseases by making tough decisions including quarantine- sorry but it works and life depends on it
