When getting an apartment, can a co-signer be your temporary agent employer?

I work for a temporary agency in Hamilton Ontario and I was wondering if its possible to use them as a co-signer? I am looking for my own apartment and moving out of my roomate's apartment. If anyone knows or any super intendants know please tell me because I need to know all the details of renting an apartment in my name, money is'nt an option and I know the costs of moving and ect.. just need to know about the co-signing
