What is the best outlet to sell your photographs on the net?

I live in a remote area and have hundreds of historic and other interesting photos. I have been published in magazines such as National Geographic and Science as well as several high quality books. I would like to market my photo files to more publishers via the internet and would like to know which ones are the best for exposure and pay?
