Should i give up after 2 months trying to lose weight?? Pls advices ... 10points?
you probably gaines muscle from working out so it appears your weight hasn't changed or even increased. trust me i'm going through the same problem. I'm 5'6", 20 yrs old and 180 lbs. I only eat 1100-1400 calories a day, exercise like crazy and drink 100 oz of water a day and I've not budged on my weight loss. Unfortunately since we're women, if we exercise we don't lose weight, we gain muscle. I can't tell you the secret behind losing just body fat but I know that you're probably gaining muscle and losing fat at the same time. Muscle weighs more than fat. Keep up the diet and exercise and eventually you'll see a difference.
