that's really nice that you're cared for her. and ugh guys are stupid sometimes. I think she is scared to talk to anyone. Maybe her parents don't let her after whatever happened?! Try talking to her. don't worry. it will go away from her automatically. make her a present or something like that. Buy her a perfume or something. ( i know it sounds weird but i think it will soften her a bit) :)
